Neda Razavi is an established presence in the Northern California healthcare product building, branding, and commercialization sphere who leads product development and marketing at Roche Diagnostics. Working within a competitive marketplace, Neda Razavi is developing a customer-centric product, leading brand evolution process and growth momentum, as the company increases market share in areas of sequencing and genomics.
Ms. Razavi has the unique ability to bring a conceptual framework to problems – maximizing opportunities and overcoming limitations. Among her accomplishments, Ms. Razavi is most proud of launching four products; building the brand strategy, multi-media campaigns, and determining lines of business development.
With executive consulting responsibilities at the genetics testing leader Natera, Neda Razavi had a role as a catalyst in generating brand loyalty and growth momentum, as the company increased market share in areas such as stem cell banking and women's health.
In her time at Natera, Ms. Razavi built a strong digital marketing presence as well as setting in place the Passionate Peer Program, a healthcare program designed for childbirth educators. Her efforts significantly increased patient engagement and reduced the cost per customer acquisition, benefiting the bottom line.
Ms. Razavi previously held a position with Abbott Laboratories in Santa Clara as the global marketing product and portfolio lead for the coagulation system, where she oversaw strategic efforts in launching the new product line within a mature thrombosis market. Her customer-centered approach encompassed a variety of media (prints and digital). She spearheaded educational efforts to increase customer awareness, using digital marketing tactics such as iPad, 3-D virtual demos, and advanced customer knowledge tools as well as webinar series designed to gradually increase brand awareness and product knowledge.
Neda Razavi is passionate about leading large, strategic projects that require outstanding analytical skills, innovative approaches, influencing sr. management, and leveraging strategic planning skills. She is always looking for opportunities that allow her to lead, strategize and solve complex problems while building a fun, trusting and enjoyable workplace. Ms. Razavi enjoys reading business and leadership books in her free time and is active with the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association as the San Francisco chapter engagement lead.Experience
